There will almost certainly be a number of recounts particularly in states where observers were denied entry. Recounts require that every vote is manually checked for accuracy and agreement with the observers. This could take many weeks.

It seems amazing to me that in 2020, the USA can't even ensure a fair and secure voting system.

Whatever happens, the entertainment will continue for some time yet.
