"he beauty of POTUS being 5 steps ahead.. he KNEW that no matter what concession he agreed to, they want NO WALL. Therefore, he closes the border, calls a national emergency and the military builds the wall. This will piss off the DACA people and hence, the Dems lose a part of their constituency.

The Military themselves --------- they would have no truck with that one - it's a 'no no'
Trump would lose masses of military support - that would flow through to ex military, military families
