You do make a valid case on what has happened historically among populations. Individuals are inherently selfish and that extends beyond race. Men have suppressed women for eons. Left handed people have been killed in the past for being left when right handers were the majority. Even when people happened to all be White, other characteristics, such as being Jewish, have been used to suppress those the majority deemed threats to their well-being. People have killed minorities for belonging to a religion different from theirs, even today. The argument you make is not purely a race argument, it is an argument that extends to all facets of human social organisation and foists right to be determined by majority rule. It is such arguments that were used to justify Hutus killing Tutsis in the Rwandan genocide even though both tribes happened to be black. And animals too do such things. Lions do kill cubs in a pride when they take over so as to eliminate the genetic pool of other lions and create their own. Base survival instinct is to be seen all across the animal kingdom.

What has however, differentiated us from other animals and allowed us to thrive, more so from the 19th century, is our intellectual faculties. We do know that societies where women are treated equal to men thrive better than those where men curtail the rights of women. We do know that societies which take care of their disabled thrive better than those that don't. We do know that the well-being in societies which protect minority rights is higher than that in those that suppress them. We do know that societies that protect religious freedoms do score higher in overall well-being than monotheistic societies. If it is in deed your argument that you would want to make sure your kind and your kids have the best opportunities, then it would be ironical to seek to live in a society where that same utility would be least realised.

Ultimately, I'll point out that the weakness in your argument inherently lies in the assumption that rights are a diminishing asset. That the gain of rights by any minority equate to a loss of rights by the majority. Killing less Black men while arresting them will not result in killing of more white men while being arrested. You have nothing to fear, my white friend.
