early detection is key. They are pumping him with antivirals. If you get that in early you reduce viral load before the cytokine storm thing starts. Not sure if Boris J got that but he didn't progress to the later stages and was not on an intubator. He just had oxygen supplementation. They did debate whether to intubate him and then he would have been unconscious.
Never an attractive sight, Trump without fake tan is unimaginable. I think he really needs it.
