I'm not going to address the majority of your post as it's not particularly relevant. I'll just quote this line:
"You wouldn’t be disclosing said ownership of these assets either... that’s tax evasion. The media is implying he’s evaded tax - hardly. He’d be in jail as president where his assets have gone in a blind trust."
In case you hadn't been informed, the President cannot be indicted for any federal crime, such as tax evasion. As long as he remains the President he can go and do it to his heart's desire, effectively with no punishment.
In any case, it's not a big angle of the story that he's doing anything illegal. It's more the case that he's using every nook and cranny of the tax codes to enrich himself at the expense of the common taxpayer. We all pay our fair share but it looks like he doesn't.
