Even with Trumps reported debt, i would mind sitting on his real estate assets....id happily take it.
Any company that goes through quick expansion usually has high debt load, rarely if ever covered in claims of company value....the whole stock market works like this.
how many mom and dad investors buy shares and work out the true value of business minus debt? not many....
Some people are never happy and live for gotcha moments with other people to fulfil the voids in there life, sadly many have become like this now with news cycles and social media....
both left and right are suckered into this.
even sadder is the belief that one is on a certain team left or right...when reality is your on the same team and the people who mascarade as team leaders are on the other. when people wake up to this they will start to be happy again.
