Hey buddy, had a very quick look and it appears obvious that he isn't saying they are going to 'fix' [ie: cheat] the election. The minutes before the comment are important. His cadence is interesting too maybe? lol Go to 62:30 for comment. In context with the previous few minutes {on fixing laws on voting, Voter ID etc.}, it is obvious it is another overreaction... what a surprise.
