In the West you do have an opportunity ( still ) to bring forth a mind or two that is "revolutionary " and understands and backs up statements that are " real " .
Places like " China and North Korea " are bound by " party rules " and a " cementation of thought and action ".
In other words a state of " rigidity " when great and important decisions need to be made " judiciously ".
