    Hi Dull, you said in your other post that the MOU is not binding , and that frustrates you. So why are you now saying the 60% ownership by Shenghe as if it's set in the stone? The 60% ownership is part of the MOU. Can you check your facts before posting statements as if it's true? Or please make reference to your statements to show where you have read them from.
