How many opinions does it take to make it a fact?
If just about everyone's opinion is that the sky is blue then is it a fact?
Not blue for the vision impaired, dogs and when there is cloud cover etc..
Perception is 4/5ths of reality and the reality is that Trump will win in 2020, in my opinion (fact?)
