For the third time this year, Donald Trump has taken to social media to claim he's about to be charged in yet another criminal case.
In a development he described as "HORRIFYING NEWS", the former US president said he had received a letter informing him that he's a target of a federal inquiry into the January 6 Capitol attack.
"They gave me a very short time period of 4 DAYS to report to the Grand Jury, which almost always means an ARREST and INDICTMENT," he said in a follow up email to supporters.
"Let me be perfectly clear: I DID NOTHING WRONG. I AM COMPLETELY INNOCENT."
