Yes he is toying with him. His comment about Putin doing the right thing by not reciprocating was masterful. Barack Hussein has been made to look an absolute fool by Putin. He keeps leading with his chin though.
I was watching CNN yesterday. They said there are reports Obama may release more of his mates from Guantanimo before January 20. No great surprise. Clearly he has the ability to inflict even more damage before the US is rid of him.
