As with any place Sledger, Greenland has its complexities. For example, youth suicide is a major issue and it's not a question of cash.
It could take me 6 months in the place to just brush the surface of what the issues are. To formulate any form of sensible roadmap would take much longer and would require strong community ownership. Issues of where Greenland should sit geopolitically may come at the end of any rethink or not at all. That would be a decision for the community and as some Danish politicians have stated, Denmark does not "own" Greenland.
Trump's verbal diarrhea must be taken as a wake up call by the Greenlanders. There are "interests" out there who will sell them out at the first opportunity.
