As we've all commented on this forum, it does not require cutting safety corners - SAFETY Matters - it's how a lot of the trials are overall done...too many stops and starts......too much "paperwork"......for paper-works own sake!
I cannot understand why, if 1st world countries really want to drive their health care costs down, they don't tip some "petty ca$h" [to govts] into MSB type technology.....mad if they don't! We have a platform technology to address multiple [currently] bank breaking diseases.......
