Wrong.
Their findings are not for "the planet", they are an hypothesis based on their analysis of their dataset of limited sedimentary samples.

Yes.
However, all the conclusions are actually conjecture heavily biassed by current climate views.

To claim that "analysis" of a relatively few samples of ancient sediment here and there, together with pre-imagined interpretations of what it means, is anything more than an hypothesis, is problematic.
Even the authors don't make that absolute claim for their "findings".
