I would have thought not. It certainly means that by 2020 people can vote on the genuine character and actions of the man rather than Trump through the CNN filter. If I were American I would probably sign up for Twitter just to get immediate feedback from the President.
Maybe it is something Turnbull can do, he apparently likes technology. Would have been great if they were both simultweeting during that phonecall.
