I doubt it. Deutsche Bank will hold direct security over some of those assets. They will foreclose when the debts mature if Trump is unable or unwilling to repay at that time. It’s how banks secure and manage loans.
The risk is that the world’s greatest deal maker and businessman bankrupts one or more of his companies, for the 7th time. Given the dramatic falls in revenue at his hotels and golf courses of 38% in the last 12 months, that prospect is looming fast. Trump has not only trashed the country and the Presidency, he has also trashed his own brand. Banks and other key businesses are refusing his business since he incited the assault on Congress.
Trump’s business with the most potential is continuation of the scam to fleece money from Trump Chumps.
