Trump will win SCOTUS challenge on article 14, page-51

I think the only way trump loses this appeal is if the court rules it is a state decision, in the way it made roe v wade a state decision.

In the sense that it is a federal election, I don't think the court will abjugate all responsibility to the state.
They certainly wont be ruling trump is invalid to run generally or if he was guilty of insurrection.

The US really does need to clean up its electoral system. It is a shambles.
Maybe time for another amendment.
