I read the writeup on the court case - I am thinking this will almost certainly be appealed in a higher court given the incredible shenanigans of this trial but for now indeed this 1996 or 95 or 97 didnt think to put it in my diary even though i keep a detailed diary, didnt report it, waited till he was president case went against Trump. I dont know if he is a sex offender or not but he was on the losing side of a very dubious court process that much is true.
Anyone who reads what happened in court could easily dismiss it as another lawfare sham regardless of Trumps guilt or innocence. The US is rapidly waning in terms of its rule of law, the judge appears to suffer from TDS.
