assume you're referring to the speeches he made as president in and around Jan 6? Or his contact to the vice president as president?
How would you determine speeches booked as the president were not done so in an official capacity as president, or that contacting the vice president as the president was not an official duty? This will be very difficult to prove otherwise.
As I said before, unsure on how it would affect the other cases, but the J6 case will likely fall apart now
