    The world’s greatest democracy (by some obscure methodology), where capital punishment abounds and jails are at capacity, gives their President immunity against criminal acts whilst in office

    Nah mate - don't be so triggered

    There is no immunity against criminal acts nor acts against the constitution

    Unless you are able to point out where a President has immunity from prosecution for "criminal acts".......well, you'll just have to accept that you really are triggered - right?
