    and again, just to rub it in to the negative doubters.
    Early days, given, but at least Trump has gone way beyond any past President in his efforts for peace. Not useless Obama like rhetoric.Denials are going to inevitably be forthcoming from the empty left ! But who really cares?

    NKorea 'no longer a nuclear threat': Trump

    President Donald Trump, arriving back in the US after his historic summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, says Pyongyang no longer poses a nuclear threat.
    "Everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office. There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea. Meeting with Kim Jong Un was an interesting and very positive experience. North Korea has great potential for the future!" Trump wrote on Twitter.
    In another tweet, the US president said: "Before taking office people were assuming that we were going to War with North Korea.
    "President Obama said that North Korea was our biggest and most dangerous problem. No longer - sleep well tonight!" he added.
    Air Force One touched down at Joint Base Andrews early Wednesday (US time), completing Trump's marathon trip to Singapore for Tuesday's talks with the North Korean leader.
    The president made refuelling stops in Guam and Hawaii on his return to Washington.
    While his aircraft refuelled in Hawaii, Trump thanked Kim for "taking the first bold step toward a bright new future for his people," saying their summit "proves that real change is possible!"



    • During his return, Trump spoke with South Korean Prime Minister Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
