- They had dinner, and not alone together.
- Trump dates top-tier women and models, not trash like Stormy.
- Stormy said there was no affair in a statement, signs an NDA, breaks NDA, says it was not a Me Too incident on the Bill Maher show, then says later it was a Me Too incident. Stormy is totally unreliable.
- Trump has always denied any hanky panky with the porn star.
- Stormy's lawyer approaches Trump lawyer and asks for the hush money, Trump lawyer pays it in 2016.
- Trump lawyer's, Cohen, tells Trump of the incident AFTER he wins the election and Trump repays Cohen in 2017. Cohen actually records the conversation.
- Trump repays Cohen in 34 instalments, hence the 34 charges, and DOES NOT claim a tax deduction on those payments. It was simply jotted down as a legal expense in his records by Trump's account clerk.
- A DISTRICT DA takes up this rubbish case, and through legal gymnastics charges Trump, when Federal and State prosecutors say there is no case.

Anyway, the conviction will be overturned. But your TDS may not be curable.
