What is it that makes you think it is NOT being used as a political weapon by the Biden backers. I'm not really a great fan of Trump as a person but he is battling an army of democrats, including biased judges who have weaponised the court to try and keep him out of office. The fact that it is not working means the court of public opinion has decided he is not getting a fair go. I wouldn't be prepared to bet that Biden will stay President. I wouldn't be prepared to bet against Trump.
