"What is it that makes you think it is NOT being used as a political weapon". ..... thats not a contentious point. most people, i.e. 50+% of American voters, accept the normal belief that the judiciary are fair and honest judges. of course given the constitutional separation of powers, politics is not intended to play any part in court proceedings.
the contentious claim is from Trump saying it was politically motivated. so its this claim to which I asked my questions.
