It was always a stitch up in NY Scott.The demonstrably VERY partisan Judge issued VERY partisan instructions to the VERY NY Partisan jury.If genuine justice is to be correctly served, it will be overturned upon appeal.

The judge was a freakin' Democrat donor, whose own daughter is a fundraiser for the Democrats.
The DA made it quite clear the minute he was appointed to his position, that his sole purpose in life was to "get Trump".
(Forget that New York is a cesspit of violent crime, homelessness and flooded with illegal migrants....the priority MUST be to get that Trump fellow!!!).
Trump was eventually found guilty of a class E misdemeanor (which in 99.9% of cases is dealt with by a fine) in a case where the statute of limitations had since run out.
The jumped through hoops and jumped through hoops and then more hoops and twisted and bent and pushed the law as far as it could be bent just to get Trump on a bookkeeping charge, regarding a sum of monies paid out in agreement from one party to another. A crime where there is NO victim.
And people here can say without flinching that it WASN'T a stitch up?!?!?!
