A complete and utter deflection, a but... but... but... the Dems would do it. They haven't, they aren't in Government. You created a fake scenario to use as your supporting argument, very cult behavior.
In essence by doing this you've given a tasit admission, that yeah, those numbers are not good for 80% of the US population, the folks who need help the most. But that's what they voted for and elections have consequences.
You're right that I don't care, largely, but you should, you're an American. Albeit, one that hates his own country and wants to see it hollowed out and burned to the ground all as a vanity project for the Great Bought and Paid for Orange MAGA King.
What I do wish for is having a strong and dependable US ally, one that doesn't flip flop on Foreign/Economic Policy based on some poorly framed AI BOT questioning or how much a country or an oligarch tips into a Presidents meme coin or business ventures. You should to, turns out, not so much.
