The issue is that it goes to Trump's library after he finishes his term, at which time Trump still has control and use of the aircraft, not the US government, nor the US military.
Paper shuffling does not make it any less of a Trump bribe.
If it was truly a gift to the US government, then the US government would retain ownership and use it for future administrations, as opposed to giving it to Trump's library where the US government has no control or ownership of the aircraft.
If you really believe that to be true, then that is even more reason the US government should retain control and ownership at the end of Trump's term. Don't you agree?
