Trump has walked away from Putin's Ukraine invasion and may do the same with tariffs and executive order overreaches. I don't believe he cares. Trump hates everyone, including his supporters, and behaves accordingly.
The upside of a Trump pause is that if decision making falls on Congress the chaos will end. BUT WHEN? Business can't plan without the when. BUT WHAT THEN? Is Vance role playing the part of an isolationist, culture war driven Fascist or is he for real?
Nobody can plan, invest, conduct research or even enrol in a University course based on the unknown.
