Ken is Old English cennan ‘tell, make known’, of Germanic origin; related to Dutch and German kennen ‘know, be acquainted with’. Obviously he is telling Chuck to make it known. It could also be used a noun 'politics are beyond me ken' or as a verb 'd'ye ken anyone can boast of that'.
