If the congress pass a new law, that infringes those rights, it can be defeated by the supreme court who checks that it doesnt conflict the constitution.

A stacked court, will rig the supreme court, so that new laws are voted in and not defeated by the supreme court, based on a leftest feeling. eg," the right to bare and keep arms, well, was that just back when the british were a threat ? is it relevant now ? we dont feel so.
