If the congress pass a new law, that infringes those rights, it can be defeated by the supreme court who checks that it doesnt conflict the constitution.
Anyone who wants to tear up rights and freedoms, is a communist. A stacked court, will rig the supreme court, so that new laws are voted in and not defeated by the supreme court, based on a leftest feeling. eg," the right to bare and keep arms, well, was that just back when the british were a threat ? is it relevant now ? we dont feel so.
