    #3, There is still a belief that people can be infected more that once, so the idea of Herd Immunity is moot.

    Even if it wasn't moot the idea is a crock in the US anyway. So far 5mill people have been found positive. 160,000 have died. 330mill people, 70% is 231mill. Same ratio of deaths equals 7.392mill dead. Then count the lifetime health affected in a country where many can't afford to get medical care. And the extreme psychological effect on the health and care workers, not to mention family and friends. There's no economic boost in that strategy.

    No-one with half a brain and heart would advocate this, you wouldn't even bring it up. Maybe only Trump and his band of loyal, brain-washed die-hard supporters.
