I didn't say it was already done, I said it was "offered up" hence it's appearance in the actual agreement, you know, the one they signed.
The subtle nuances of the English language are obviously lost on some who just read what they want into posts anyway. I write "offered up" you read "NK promised immediate and total destruction of all nukes Superman IV style". Strewth.
Oh, and by the way the North Korean definition of "denuclearisation" is utterly irrelevant to my post. If their definition is a big red button with 'reset' written on it then that's what they put on the table. You not liking, agreeing with or even knowing what their definition is matters not one jot.
