OK I'd say she said that after the Muller report showed there was Russian interference in the 2016 election but fact is she conceded she lost the election not long after the result was announced and it was a lot closer than the 2020 election, in fact she won the popular vote, just not the EC vote.
By contrast Biden had a very convincing win in 2020, he won the popular vote by some 7 million votes and of course the EC vote. Trump has never conceded and despite the big lie that the election was stolen that he continues to this day still has not evidence.
Trump had every right to contest the result in the courts which he did but lost all but one minor case of the 62 cases.
All the while pursuing legal ways of contesting the election result Trump was working on illegal ways to over turn the election result, if you have any respect for the law you would agree that if some one commits a crime they should be held to account
