There is no possible way that this was not an intentional hit, some security services heads will roll.

My own Intel sources say it was 100% and inside job set up. In a nutshell. Eyewitnesses saw it all happening, alerted the authorities and nothing was done about it. You only have to look at the location the shooter was position that with a perfect line of vision clear shot and so close proximity to know that there's no way on God's earth he could not have been stopped before even got there let alone fact that he got up there crawling a position and set up for the shot without being detected seen stopped etc even with warnings from witnesses to security forces located right there who had comms with the counters sniper team and all other security forces in the area. That whole area within 2 km would've been scoured weeks if not months prior and again within 24 hours of the event.
