    Killed about 30 people and caused more 2 billion dollars of damage.
    Sounds like civil war to me.
    As for Ukraine. I don’t see many countries wanting. to go in on their behalf.
    They might shuffle across their redundant weapons and cash for ammo but Europe has no appetite for another large scale war.
