So its better not to upset the people who dont like to be kept upto date with every hold up than it is to upset those who like to be updated?

I prefer to have my updates in writting. Again not a go at this particular company but I dont really trust the spoken word as much as I trust the written one through officials channels that is impossible to deny.

My Wife worked for MFS before it went under. she heard Michael Kim tell all his employees Go out and buy MFS right now as its a bargain and goign to go up.
So i personally do like some "insurance" that im not being spoon fed lies. As some directors/employees beleive something so much doesnt always mean its true, and its this slight chance the reason they dont put it in paper but tell people over the phone.
