    The trust company is the INDEPENDENT trustee of PXUPA , and has tonight provided its current valuation on the value of PXUPA

    Their figure of $7 is a bit low in my opinion , but they are independent so it is hard to argue any bias .

    They have no reason to act in the interests of the PPX board or any reason to over value the hybrids for the benefit of their holders

    I think the 125 -150 offer I have expected now seems more than fair value to all parties .
