i am of the understanding that companies for tax advantages arent an advantage as once you hit the 150k amount, amounts over the 150k are taxed at the nominal rate (42c or whatever it is) so you are paying for the amount either way, that being when receiving franked dividends as an individual.
but i may be wrong or misinterpretted the info i read.
