0.14 cents is the exercise price... not the price paid for. CS got their options for free... the 11m has to be returned.
Despite what you might say about JG i reckon the last Capital raising was a fail on his part. Too low and with attaching free option of 0.14? Killed the SP... how often do options end up in the money.
