If you are a long term holder, your DYOR should have hinted that PL is a very astute, connected, cunning (and I hope wealthy) corporate lawyer and part time director of whatever ever will (mutually, of course) offer substantial financial rewards. (VRE excluded of course DYOR)
Puntland is ruled by those with the biggest leverage at the time. Somalia is ruled by those with the biggest leverage at the time. (Sounds like where some people work, doesnt it). On occasion their interests coincide and I feel sure that practicality, common sense and of course concern for share holder interests prevail. (Sorry that was a joke.)
