May i add a few other concerns to the list. Where is the board in this equation? The ceo is making all the decisions and has demonstrated to be a bit too too crafty and untrustworthy. Where is the strong independent board watching over the executive to ensure sound governance? It doesnt exist. The ceo is effectively lamboo. A one man band making it up as he goes.
The long term macro fundamentals are still in place for graphite. The electric car revolution is at its dawn. The internal combustion engine is approaching dusk. The automotive sector will be forced to retool. The day an electric golf/corolla/mazda 3/focus/tesla/etc with a 500km range goes on sale for less than $25k or so, will be the day hopefully companies like lamboo will be in full flight.
Its only 5 years away i recon. Will lmb be around in 5yrs i dont know. As a shareholder, i am hoping so.
