What an absolute bunch of bunnies we must have running this company. What level of due diligence was ever done on Hengda and this transaction? This is astounding.
Playing devils advocate here maybe it is part of a bigger plan to wind back the value of the business and then privatise it when independent shareholders are tired of the shennanigans and incompetencies.
