Raider, Randall is not Slippery. Slipper deliberately set out to deceive because he KNEW what he was doing would not pass any reasonablle test. Randall did not do that. He has probably been doing what he did for quite some time. What is amazing with him is that he made absolutely no attempt to lay out what the political work he was doing. Paying back was the least he could do. But resiging is not necessary because I am sure even greater scandal resides in the ALP.
