Smitty, understand where youre coming from completely. I've been riding the good ship bannerman since 2007. At times I've been down almost 90% on my investment. I am green now. It has been quite a ride.
TBH I wanted to see a deal done by now if not late last year, and I have wanted to see more progress on the BFS.
Despite saying that, what the company is trying to achieve is non-trivial.
Big projects have slippages and changes in direction that are not always foreseeable. I understand that as I do similar work myself. Slippages are almost a given unless you're very lucky, extremely conservative with your planning, or working with something very simple.
Like you I hate slippages. We can only hope that having had our fair share over the last few years that some boxes will finally be ticked soon. If that happens we can all start talking about the mercedes we will buy our young wives like the Captn used to do (RIP).
