Fair to say March wasn't a good month for Superloop from a customer service perspective.
While they may try to present themselves as a challenger to the majors, these guys are no different.
The recent reviews suggest a major customer service issue.

This will only get worse as they grow, but the growth will eventually slow, then stop with the reputation they are building.
