PA, you have alluded to idea that management may be withholding Mets because they could be average but, to me, I can’t understand why they may be doing this.
If the Mets come out average or below the team will come out looking like complete amateurs and their own credibility would be sunk forever with the SP!

Surely ( I’m hoping) the Mets have been done on a continuous basis but will only be released as a package instead of waiting till the very end to finally getting them done. That would be lunacy.

As for Riley, even though we spend a bonanza on it, I think to get $3mill from the deal was a good earn as Riley will never get developed. That coin going to Jupiter is a much better investment.
Lindsay is a completely different beast and must be treated so. A thorough update should be provided, discussing the PFS and possible sale before it goes to someone else.
What would a reasonable sale price for Lindsay be?
