"I don’t know how to find the actual filing but they have voluntarily withdrawn it so hopefully was them flexing their muscle to scare us. One would imagine if they were rock solid they would proceed. American’s don’t back away from legal action if they will win and get compensation".

Voluntary dismissal. Hopefully we can now negotiate this to a successful conclusion.
