I should be fair and say Trumbull did get the navy lease done , although as far as I know they have not started any work there in testing underwater explosives , so I guess until something happens there I can't confirm if they are still going onto site.
But as long as they are paying their lease fee I guess it doesn't matter.
So Trumbull you did get one thing right, still doesn't justify the $150 k per year
